I had an excellent male counselor there. He was terrific. So helpful, understanding, and compassionate. He had a baby several months ago. His wife ended up staying home with the baby. Working at this place he was unable to have his insurance cover his wife and baby. So he ended up leaving to take a job that would. It is so sad that when you have someone that helps you they must leave because of a situation out of their hands. This place does not seem to care how to keep some one that is excellent only to keep counselors that people complain about and are not considerate. Why would you not do what it takes to keep a counselor that people love and that are actually useful? Some of us actually confide in our counselors we get to know them and trust them only to have them ripped away from us to start all over again. Oh and don't have anything happen that is out of your control that would keep you from getting there on time because if you're even a minute late your life saving medication is denied this is especially harmful for people that are just starting out because it can easily make you relapse.

The staff here is AMAZING! This is by far the best clinic in the area. Other clinics your treated like a number. Front desk is absolutely great. She knows everyone’s name and works very quickly and efficiently with a VERY high patience level even when patients are disrespectful & demanding. Dawn Link is seriously the best therapist I’ve ever had in my life! (And I’ve been through ALOT of therapy, lol).... I don’t know about before the new management took over but the director here, Lee, is also great! So whoever took over at some point is doing a GREAT job.... there’s always going to be people who complain about dosing hours... you can dose from 5:30am-11:00am.. that’s 5 1/2 hours. Yes if your a minute late you cannot get medicated. But you have three lates that you can utilize. The only thing I think is that you should get three lates a year instead of three total... but the place has to cut off dosing hours somehwere or people would take advantage and come late everyday! The staff has to be able to go home too, they’re there at 5am! I myself have used all my lates and have been a minute late and unable to dose because of one minute. Sounds silly but you have 5 HOURS to come! I decide to leave at the last minute but on days I work or have my kids I know i will be extremely ill without my medication so it’s a PRIORITY to get there. If your one minute late, sorry but that’s only your fault! You don’t have a 5 hour window to get to work... you get there AT YOUR SCHEDULED one not one minute later.. being on time is an essential part of being an adult and rebuilding your life! ANYWAYS, i just wanted to really go into detail in this review because I seriously love the staff so much and have never met more patient people in my life.

The new management seems to really care about the patients. Lots of positive things going on here than before. The front desk woman is friendly and treats me like a person and not a number.

I just started going to this clinic in February. I had to transfer from the clinic in bethlehem where I live cause the don't let any patients that take clonazaepam. My dose is .5mg twice a day which equals 1 mg. Two days ago the part time doc basically called me a liar cause the the clozapam was not showing up in the urine test. He also said the they send it back to a more intense lab called a GSM. And he said it still didnt come up. Which I found out he lied cause I saw my counselor today and she said she just got back the results and it should up. Other than accused of not taking my medicine and I'm waiting for a apology. But I really like this place I keep to myself talk to couple ppl but I come n go. I believe this place can n will help addicts that want the help succeed! So if you take benzos or adderal you must see a psychiatrist and you doctor must know your on methadone. So if you have metal health problem and takes meds like this and you doctor don't mind your on methadone this is the place to go.

I love this place...I just don't like that when I came back to the clinic after moving back from Levittown (where I went to Aldie...which isn't the best and the methadone seems to be watered down or almost fake!) I didn't get my favorite therapist Dawn Link - who kills it therapy wise and REALLY helped me. AND the fact that they changed the weekend hours to be barely possible...only seven to nine-thirty? What da f@*k!!!
